Working in the fitness industry has always been my plan. In school I took part on every sport team that was available. From GAA to soccer, tag rugby and even water polo. I played rugby and found a passion for boxing too.

When I started to coach in a boxing club I realised that becoming a personal trainer would be a great fit for me. Watching the young boxers grow up, develop skills and learn discipline was a pleasure to be part of.

I attended Image Fitness and became a personal trainer with an international recognised qualification. With this added to my boxing coaching qualification I became an intern with Flyefit. I quickly moved on to becoming a full time personal trainer in Flyefit Georges St Dublin. Since then I’ve been building my skill set and furthering my career.

I’m motivated by personal development. I strive to get the best out of myself. I’m not afraid of a challenge and I’m willing to work hard for to be successful. I will make sure to have fun along the way as this is my lifestyle. I bring this attitude to PT sessions with my clients and I feel it helps with their training and is a part of why they are all successful in reaching their goals. I want to help you in your fitness journey and be part of your personal development.
